How to deliver an order inside Mapa

Open the website
  1. Type in the address bar of your browser (preferably Google Chrome) on your PC or mobile phone https://mapa.lt
    Select the interface language that suits you by clicking on the corresponding checkbox (Russian will be set by default)
    You must log in to the application and enter your username and password given to you by the administrator

Choice of box size
  1. Enter the customer's mobile phone number and select the cell of the desired size
  2. Select an empty cell of the desired size. When you select a cell, the application will show the access code for the cell, as shown in the example below.

Put the product in the box
  1. Enter the code on the input panel (keyboard) of the postamat to open the desired cell by pressing "*"
  2. When the cell opens, place the product, close the cell and click "Submit"

On the keyboard put "*" followed by your code.

Your box opens and you can take your goods

Find the customer
1. To access the list of orders in the system, click on "Reservations" in the lower left corner and you will see a dialog box with a list
2. Write the last 4 digits of the customer's phone number
FAQ - open questions

Issue when loading your page

You are most probably not using the right link mapa.lt, please check your adress.
If you were changing your password, you request is expired and needs to make a new one. This is for security reasons to ensure that nobody will change it by reading your emails.

Issue with charging your page

If you have issue and you locker is empty, as on the picture, refresh the page. We are always optimising with new features and sometime, it requires to refresh the cache of your browser. If it doesn't help, please contact your support support@mapa.lt

  • Check that a battery is plugged
  • Do a restart of the locker ( see instruction) and wait 30 seconds
  • If still no solution, please raise a ticket to support

  • If the locker just has been reseted, it didn't get a valid downlink, please wait a few minutes. This will be corrected soon.
  • If after 5 minutes doesn't work, please contact your support - support@mapa.lt to solve the issues

The codes are consumed, you can get the following code to open the box. For this, admin, will go to the admin pannel and get the next code ( if reservation is red, provide reopen code, if cell is green, provide the code).

Installation Requirements
Locker should be placed in protected area
Even if our lockers are protected from the snow, or the rain, we don't advice to put them directly because it can get frozen or your product damage when opening the doors.
Locker should be put against wall
In order to ensure maximum security we should always put locker against the wall. If not, there is a risk of falling and special measures should be done to fix it and ensure maximum security.
The floor should be horizontal
In order to install the locker, the floor should be horizontal, not more than 2 degres on the surface of installation.
For bigger angle, up to 5 degres, special fixture will be required.

Maintenance operations
3 bip and no more reaction of locker
if you are in this situations, please check the following parameters :
- first installation ( ensure your network is OK, ask support for help)
- already installed, this can happen after you made a hard reset, wait 5 minutes, and the locker will fix it by himself
- any other reasons, please contact support ( possible root cause could be defective cables or water went inside they keybaord). We will be able to tackle by distance

Restart the locker
Sometime, the locker may have issues and you need to restart it (battery was changed, additional test were done, ... )

We open the service cell
1) Enter the code of the return box. The return box code can be found on the home page of the bookmark site.

The lockers restarted
1) Wait 30 seconds until the locker reboot
3) Click on the star "*" and if 2 short beeps have passed, then the postamat is in working mode

The locker is ready to work
Reboot locker
A reboot is required when the checkpoint loses synchronization (codes do not work, cells do not open).
You can reboot on your own only after agreement with colleagues from MAPA

We open the service cell, enter the "Debug Mode", start the reboot
1) Enter the code of the return box. The return box code can be found on the home page of the bookmark site.
2) Disconnect one cable from the battery.
3) Press the "4" button three times. We are waiting for 30 seconds and 3 beeps.

Restart the locker
1) After rebooting, disconnect the cable from the battery in the service cell.
2) We wait 5 seconds and connect the cable back. Two short, fast beeps ("beep") should sound as confirmation.
3) Click on the star "*" and if 2 short beeps have passed, then the postamat is in working mode

The locker is ready to work
Clean the Locker / make inventory
Open all box without impacting the order status

We open the service cell, enter the "Debug Mode", open the cells
1) Enter the code of the return box. The return box code can be found on the home page of the bookmark site.
2) Disconnect one cable from the battery.
3) We hold down the "1" key and without releasing the key, we connect the disconnected contact (cable) to the battery
4) We are waiting for 10 seconds. Press button "5".
